Introduction to machine sewing
This e-course includes monthly lessons with material lists, step-by-step instructions and patterns and video tutorials.
Each month will cover three-four projects and should take about an hour each week to complete.
Projects include: Notebook covers, cinch backpack, stuffed animals, apron, pot holders, and more!
The goal of the course is for students to gain familiarity and confidence using the sewing machine. They will develop a vocabulary and build skills to become independent sewists who can follow a conventional pattern.
Who is it for?
Geared for tweens and teens or anyone with no sewing knowledge.
How long does it last?
This course will be delivered over four months.
